Hello Everyone! My name is Michelle Douglass and I teach Anatomy & Physiology and Research Methods to juniors and seniors at a school for students gifted in science and math. I like project based lessons and focus on students learning different types of technologies (making animations, GIFs, excel dashboard, professional slidedecks, business branding, etc.) while showing content knowledge. I give very specific technical requirements for the projects, but I’d love to find better ways to provide feedback on their creative execution. I want them to move past just chekcing the boxes so they can fully leverage the medium to create something innovative and polished.

Thanks for sharing Michelle! Nice to have you on board. Sounds like you have a really fun perspective on pedagogy and feedback. I’m excited to get a peak at your awesome teaching, and to help you use GradingPal to meet this goals you’ve expressed. Here’s to learning together!

My name is John. I currently teach High School Physics, Chemistry, and Computer Science in the St Paul, MN area.

I appreciate any help I can get with grading and especially appropriate feedback. I also tend to be a little too lenient when grading and tools like this help me with that.

I’m looking forward to this tool growing and iterating.

Hi John! I think you’re right that GradingPal can help teachers who might be too lenient. That’s a good point.

Hello everyone! I’m Adriana Alicia Barrios Rodríguez, professor in Health Sciences and Biomedicine. I’m also a member of the Academic Core at the Center for Educational Innovation and Development, Universidad Autónoma de Sinaloa (Mexico), training faculty across all areas.

I teach using active methodologies, especially gamification, digital tools, and AI applied to education. I also dedicate time to research and constantly review scientific papers. A key area for better feedback is students’ clinical reasoning and research papers, where I seek precise comments without overwhelming them while giving opportunities to improve their submissions.

I see GradingPal as the perfect tool for university professors with multiple jobs: it streamlines grading and feedback. Excited to master it and train others in its use!
